1 teaspoon baking soda (dissolved in 1
Tbsp warm water)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup raisins
2 cups flour
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour a
9x13 inch pan. In large bowl stir together all the above
ingredients except the flour. Add flour; mix well. Pour into
prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
